This film is narrated by Abigail Gualinga, vice-president of the Kichwa Pueblo Originario de Sarayaku community in Ecuador. She shares the story of her community's successful resistance against the extractive industries, as well as alternative ways of living in harmony with all beings, such as the concepts of the 'Good Life' and the 'Living Forest', which foster resilience, hope, and positive change.
